Pleasant, helpful personnel but a credit miscommunication James the service manager was very good at explaining the work they were recommending. As far as I know the work done will be good. Waiting accommodations are very nice with beverages and snacks. My only complaint was at checkout. I had received a card recently showing I had a $25 service credit. When they pulled my info up online they said I had none. Part of the reason I drove 25 miles for service was this credit. I have always been happy here in the past with the work and the personnel. So while this is frustrating in the bigger scheme of things it is no big deal. More

I live quiet far from the dealership, and I told them about that - Bernie prepared all the paper work quickly and when he wasn't in the office another sales person, Isaac, called me to make sure everything was done. In most cases dealership doesn't want to negotiate anything over the phone but these people knowing my situation went above and beyond to save my time and when i came it took less than 30 mins and i left with my new car.
