The person helping me didn’t explain things well. I told him before they did my oil change that I only wanted what was included with my package. I leased my current providers that I've done business with for the past 20 years+ (I've been going here for all of the 15 yrs that we've lived here)! I leased my current 2017 Acadia from them and then bought out the lease at it's end because service and reliability have been exceptional at Jim Ellis.
