I was taking my car in to get a recall fixed they were very quick about getting the parts and then getting me in and out the same day within about 2 hours. It took from 1:39 to 7:00 to replace a battery and change the oil. The excuse was they couldn’t get a code for the battery. I think after 2 hours management should have stepped up and allowed me to be on my the oil. The excuse was they couldn’t get a code for the battery. My suggestion is that you need to update your equipment and train or hire more capable technicians. I dread my next oil change, and it is highly unlikely that I will purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More
