Customer service was excellent. I had an odd warrant to issue that i felt should be covered by GMC. The service manager felt it wasn’t a warranty covered item but took care of me af I had an odd warrant to issue that i felt should be covered by GMC. Absolutely terrible. Had all 4rotors and pads replaced last Thursday. Had to have it told back to Jim Ellis GMC because one of them locked up over the weekend. The new $7k+ transmission is slipping. Doesn’t take a brain scientist or tech to feel it - everyone that rides in the Yukon feels it. Tech says he can’t find anything. BS!
