I was left alone long enough to simply look so that was a major plus for me and then when Lalo did come out, it was simply to see if I needed help, had any questions, and to let me know that he was available if I needed anything. More impressively was how knowledgably Lalo was about the vehicle I was interested in, the Lexus brand itself, and the dealership. His knowledge kept me engaged, making me want to know even more. Nothing felt forced throughout the process. I truly felt in control of my decision and not persuaded in any way. The finance portion of the process was a breeze and easy to follow. Eddie was amazing. He got me the best possible deal, was very transparent and honest about the entire process. Knowing he had my best interest at heart elevated the anxiety I initially felt about purchasing another vehicle. I especially like the "thumb drive" where all my signed documents are stored. Not having hundreds of sheets of paper is always a plus. Lastly, I Angelique, the delivery specialist, did an exceptional job walking me through every function of the vehicle and ensured I had a good understanding of it's operation so to have a great riding/owning experience.
