The service was excellent! My concern is about the car! It is the 2nd brand new Lexus ES that has died in my front yard in 8 MONTHS!! Making me have less faith in the dependability of Lexus. This is my 5th Lexus and car #4 (E2020 ES300 Hybrid) died in the front yard and I couldn't trust it any more so it was traded after owning it for LESS THAN 2 MONTHS for the one I have now 2020 ES 350, which also died in my front yard this week and it is only 8 months old!! They said it needed a "software update." The alternator didn't register enough watts so if the software update doesn't work, I probably will leave Lexus. I am afraid I am loosing belief in Lexus dependability. I drive a lot and alone and when a car leaves me"on the side of the road", it is gone. So I am contemplating getting rid of this one. Hate to leave Lexus but is it dependable??? More
The service was outstanding as always. I was seen promptly for my appointment by Mr. Alston. He explained the scheduled service, completed the agreement for a loaner and informed me my Lexus would be promptly for my appointment by Mr. Alston. I actually have another brand automobile and when I take that one for service, there is a long wait time to check in and even long other dealerships.
