Truck passed inspection 1000 miles ago and said brakes were fine. 1000 miles later you're people said my brakes needed replaced badly and shot me $650 for front brakes. Ridiculous. All this after a 3 hour were fine. 1000 miles later you're people said my brakes needed replaced badly and shot me $650 for front brakes. Ridiculous. All this after a 3 hour wait for LOF and rotation. Also, they would not honor the free rotation I deserved for having bought my tires there due to me having bought them more than 2 years ago. When I bought the tires there was no time limitation mentioned and it had never been questioned until now. More

I don’t like the customer service. I took my car in last May for a recall never got any calls after the first call and when I got it back I had less than 5 miles of gas left, My tires I took my car in last May for a recall never got any calls after the first call and when I got it back I had less than 5 miles of gas left, My tires were low, my oil life was a 23% and I had to take it back to get it inspected. I am not very happy with this Ford Team. I will not come back to purchase another vehicle. More
