Worst experience ever. I had an appointment to have transmission diagnostics performed. I made the appointment a month in advance. I dropped my car off the night before and checked on it mid afternoon and the tech said they won't get to it that day and most likely will not get to it the following day. I left without the tech saying anything about bringing it back another time. It's really a hassle on my part doing without a car for a day just to have this happen. I bought the car new at Machens in 2024. Probably the last. Don't know they guy's name that I talked to but made the appointment with Hatfield. More
I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and said I would wait on it at the dealership. Two hours later I checked on the progress. They hadn't even started on it yet. They didn't reset the oil life meter or change the windshield sticker. I really doubt that I got 'the works' even though that's what I paid for. I own two Ford trucks. This is the second bad experience I've had in two weeks. There's no reason to come back. Apparently there's no consideration for the customers time or any desire for customer service. More
