Terrible I brought my car in for service due to a transmission warranty issue. It took them almost five hours to call me. They diagnosis my car and never calle I brought my car in for service due to a transmission warranty issue. It took them almost five hours to call me. They diagnosis my car and never called me. I had to call them. Plus they were supposed just look at the trans but they told my front end was making noises. I dropped it off with no noises and now it’s making noises? Then I pick up my car and not even 10 minutes the car died. Took my car back and then I was told I needed to pay a diagnostics. Took it to another dealer of ford, they told that the car needed to be synchefd. The control modeule needed to be resunched. They did it and now the car is fine. The front end noise was just the cover under my car was loose. Just waiting for clutch to come in, plus I called ford and they told the car shouldn’t have left the lot. Even my insurance was against it. Ford told me that they needed to call and they could have got a rental approved. After the clutch replacement I’m not going back to joe rizza. More
