As is always the case, the team at Joseph Toyota did a terrific job. Monica, the service advisor was knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. We bought our 2015 highlander from Joseph Toyota. We have always had our vehicle serviced there. They have all of our records. Whenever a service problem has occurred after a service (a rarity) they a have always had our vehicle serviced there. They have all of our records. Whenever a service problem has occurred after a service (a rarity) they are quick to correct the problem. The last time in for service, Jason was very communicative and helpful.
