Most dread the whole car experience....did I get a fair deal? Should I have shopped all around? Is this the right car? Will the dealer take care of me? Let me tell anyone that the experience was all the fun and excellent experience that you might hope for. The client advisor, Bob Geisheker was totally professional, knowledgeable, understanding, good listener.....an ally and advocate. Scott Adduci made the paperwork almost fun and interesting, both on line and old school forms......a new license plate right on the spot as well. To top everything off, Spencer Parker, "GENIUS", was the final highlight. He appeared along side my new X4, and brilliantly, patiently, personably, walked me through all the nits and grits of the car, helping me to become familiar and set it up to all my preferences. Could have spent another hour and 1/2 with Spencer, having so much fun, but figured he deserved a break from me. Once I live with the car for awhile I can call Spencer and book a time to come in and retune, refresh, all the good things that this old guy forgot and might want to set up differently.
