Scott Adduci didn't pressure me too much in "the room" on extended warranties, etc... He was somewhat aggressive in trying to sell a maintenance package, but not to the point of making me feel to uncomfortable. Overall, I spent less than 5 minutes in the office, and it was a nice streamlined process. Overall, a great buying experience from this dealership. 5 stars. More

A Friendly receptionist showed us the coffee area. Within a few short minutes another salesman Rolly Davidson jumped in to assist us. He had found the car and paperwork on it without us giving him any background on it. Rolly was friendly, professional and very knowledgable about the X3 we came to look at. What a lucky break for us that our original salesman was not there when we arrived. Buying this car was hassle free and one of the most pleasant car buying experiences we have had.
