Tisha was very accommodating, extremely knowledgable, and made the experience really fun. Scott was very charismatic, upbeat, and accommodating to suit my financial needs. He also made the experience fun. Spencer was most definitely a genius with his knowledge about the car. The way he was able to teach the BMW's capabilities so efficiently was impressive. Overall I would say these three guys are a great team, and would recommend them to any future potential BMW buyer. I am very pleased at how the entire process went. Thanks Guys. More

We found exactly what we were looking for online. We were contacted by Ken Gibadlo. He put everything together and gave us some great options. We setup a pickup date. Ken had everything ready for us when we arrived. Ken introduced us to the tech genius Sam Picchietti who showed us every feature of the car. Sam's knowledge of the vehicle is incredible and he made sure we had a good understanding of all the vehicles features before we left. Scott Adduci took good care us during the financing. Excellent Service I originally went into the dealership to turn my lease in. I had no intentions of getting another car. I started to work with Sam Picchietti. He was v I originally went into the dealership to turn my lease in. I had no intentions of getting another car. I started to work with Sam Picchietti. He was very nice and did my whole lease inspection without any hassle. While i was waiting for the inspection to be completed i asked him if i could test drive an X4 and X5 40e. He introduced me to Tisha Akulich. He was very nice and knowledgeable and not pressuring at all. After we completed our test drive, I leaned towards the X5 40e. I gave Tisha what type of numbers i was looking for and let him work the rest. To my surprise Tisha and the dealership worked out a great deal for me. I am very pleased with the overall service i received from the Knauz BMW sales team and i am now enjoying my new X5 40e. Highly Recommended. More

I am a bit of an enthusiast and had lots of questions about how the car works as well as what to expect with the ordering process and taking delivery. Matt and Tisha availed themselves to me at all times. Spencer was my "genius" on the day of my delivery. Spencer was super knowledgeable about all my questions and he answered them effortlessly. Most importantly, he was very patient with me. I think it took him longer to work with me than he expected (sorry to the next customer behind me). Spencer was super to work with. I was introduced to Luke because he is a big fan of the 3 series. Although he was not directly involved with the sale of my car, I'm giving Luke a mention because he was also helpful in offering advice and suggestions about the car. Overall it was a pleasure working with the folks at Knauz, and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. More
First Class I'm new to BMW, and pleasantly thrilled. Aware of Knauz's legendary reputation, I test-drove/purchased a new M235xi coupe, and loved it. As stated, BM I'm new to BMW, and pleasantly thrilled. Aware of Knauz's legendary reputation, I test-drove/purchased a new M235xi coupe, and loved it. As stated, BMW was “foreign” territory—excuse the pun—for me, being a long-time GM owner/rebate participant. I originally considered the Cadillac ATS, but despite the loss of large available rebates and the ATS’ three-inch longer wheelbase, the M235xi took road imperfections much more comfortably, or as Edmund’s states about the ride quality is “never harsh.” The car is an absolute blast to drive; the bi-turbo inline six has amazing torque, especially in “sport” mode. Perhaps most surprisingly, the M235xi 0-60 specs are at least as impressive as the 2014 5.0 V8 Mustang GT! Knauz exceeded its reputation with well-informed, very professional personnel, including Sam, from the BMW Encore program—analogous to the Genius Bar personnel at Apple—who explained/helped me customize the electronic/performance settings from the myriad features available, and even visited my house to program my garage opener to the in-car mirror buttons! The car is an electronic marvel. Besides providing bottled water and donuts, Rolly, my salesman, got me a super, no-haggle price, a last-minute rebate delivered in record time by check, touch-up paint, upgraded mats, and even provided a delivery-day photo of me beside my new car, suitable for framing/mounting More

George Greve, Bob Geisheker, Doug Kamp and Sam Picchietti were awesome! BMW Genius Sam built 2016 X3 xDrive28i. May 21, 2016 I searched Knauz new car stock and I found a 2016 X3 xDrive28i with a lot of the bells and whistles that I hoped for plus more (exact interior and exterior). I told my husband they have my X3 in stock. My husband contacted Knauz during work hours on Tuesday May 31, 2016. Brock Gordon requested that we complete on-line application to get things started. Brock was made aware that we had a concern for Knauz to meet or beat the trade-in value on our 2004 SUV and I was adamant about driving my X3 home the next day. Wednesday June 1, 2016 we drove over 30 miles one way to get my X3. Brock was very attentive, kind, professional yet personable. Brock offered us refreshments as soon as we walked into the dealership and did everything in order for me to drive X3 home that night. Doug Kamp remembered us and said we are family and he worked out numbers that we were very pleased with. BMW Genius Brandon Helbig gave us a quick basic overview regarding features and said he would call and schedule encore within the next week. I would highly recommend this team to anyone who is looking to purchase a BMW. More
