Service was good with no issues. Fairly disappointed in the Accord as it has been in the shop four times in 23,447 miles. Bought the accord thinking it would be a very reliable car. Fairly disappointed in the Accord as it has been in the shop four times in 23,447 miles. Bought the accord thinking it would be a very reliable car. At this point I have lost faith in it. That said, I was satisfied with the level of service and the timely turnaround. I gave Josh a three as his personal skills could be better. Didn't feel as though I was valued as a customer, rather here is your car and it is parked in this spot. More
