I paid for some work which included new rotors; however, my bill states my existing rotors were refurbished, but I was charged for new rotors. The technician video that was sent to me mentioned some of the my bill states my existing rotors were refurbished, but I was charged for new rotors. The technician video that was sent to me mentioned some of the work I paid for, but it did not mention new rotors being installed. I had sent a text to the person handling my work addressing these concerns and after not hearing from them for a couple of days I sent another text message about my concern. Instead of addressing it, they attempted to blow me off my saying they "promised" the work was done. I asked for proof, as in show me my old rotors--they said they could not because they were no longer available. I told them the issues I'm having which originally caused me to go into the shop and require new rotors were still occuring (not as bad, but still there), and they told me to come in so they could look at my car, and also show me I have new rotors on my car. Unfortunately, my schedule does not allow me to come in for this in a timely manner. More
