Not sure Didn’t have recall part, said next day, then Monday. Told them I was disappointed then magically found headlight from other dealer. Installed so fast clips and an undercarriage part not re-installed. I imagine my part is in service Dept somewhere? Not impressed . I will be sure to share story! Next time have the service guy put the rest of the parts back on my car!!! More

Excellent service I was told it would take an hour and fifteen minutes to get my honda crv serviced. They called and said it was ready in 45 min. I also bought my honda from ken garff and the price was very fair. Not over priced like all the other dealers. I only gave 4 stars because I would have liked a loner car to use while mine was serviced. And they also didn't reset the oil service percentage indicator. It wasn't hard for me to do however. More
