I'm not very impressed with the way your service department handled some problems I had I reported the problem before it was out of warranty to my service Advisor he told me it would not be a probl department handled some problems I had I reported the problem before it was out of warranty to my service Advisor he told me it would not be a problem getting that fixed The next time I was in he told me he could not fix it because it was out of warranty by 20 days It would be nice to see some follow through from your service advisor He informed me he would call Honda and get it worked out one way or the other three months later I haven't heard a word More

A few days ago I was driving the vehicle and it started making a horrible noise. I drive to the nearest shop which happened to be a Les Schwab. They were able to detect the problem, which there was a loose making a horrible noise. I drive to the nearest shop which happened to be a Les Schwab. They were able to detect the problem, which there was a loose caliper. They tightened it so I could drive and charged me a minimal hourly fee. I am bummed that was not complete at the Honda dealership where I spent so much money to repair. Otherwise, I 'd give a five star rating. More
