Good front desk service but sloppy and negligent shop work - I don't know who did it. The techs forgot to reset the tire pressure monitor system to get rid of the warning light after rotating the tires work - I don't know who did it. The techs forgot to reset the tire pressure monitor system to get rid of the warning light after rotating the tires with the oil change; not a big deal because I would have checked the tire pressure anyway. They also did a transmission service a few days later and apparently dragged a greasy mat or hose over the trunk of the car, leaving some grease smears on the back window and on the trunk. On the trunk, the smears on the edge of the trunk came off but did leave some small scratches in the white paint. I will definitely shop around for the next service in Ogden. More

From the moment I arrived on the lot I was greeted then an explanation was given about the process and how long this would take. Everyone I met was friendly but Tyler really did a good job especially sinc an explanation was given about the process and how long this would take. Everyone I met was friendly but Tyler really did a good job especially since I'm one who likes to get the paperwork done, write my check for the vehicle and drive off. I always pay cash for my vehicles so i prefer a well organized dealership who respects that I just want to get the appropriate paperwork completed and get on my way. Tyler and the sales manager respected my wishes and did a wonderful job. More
