We've bought many cars over the last 40 years. We've even bought several from Klaben. But our last experience from 3 days ago, exceeded any expectations we've ever had. Carl Esker was beyond helpful in finding us our car. I hate to use the words pushy or assertive, but that's been what most of our previous experiences have been with some salesmen.
