I bought my used Chrysler Pacifica in 2021 from Klaben. It was an easy process and they worked with me at the sales department. Since then there seems to be a a lot of issues with my car. The problem that It was an easy process and they worked with me at the sales department. Since then there seems to be a a lot of issues with my car. The problem that I have is the same issues kept happening and not getting fixed.I brought it back 4-5 times for the same issue. That was frustrating. I appreciated Nikki dedication to helping me and going above and beyond with all my questions. She is the reason I kept going back to the service department. More
