I truly have had the best experiences with Joe and Klaben as a whole. I hate to put race and gender into this. But as a woman who is black I often prepare myself to be taken advantage of in situations that I as a whole. I hate to put race and gender into this. Joe has treated me professionally and respectfully throughout every encounter. He keeps me informed and explains to me step by step what work is being done or needed. He is fair and honest. I am pleased to have met Joe and if you are worried about being overcharged or not having an honest diagnosis of what is wrong with your vehicle please trust this review and look no further! This is the man to see! I’ve had my jeep for maybe 4 yrs. It was bought used, but it runs in great condition just like new. I never ever allow anyone other than Klaben to work on my vehicle and people are always complementing how great my jeep runs. Thank you Joe for great customer service!!! More
