Carl contacted me prior to my lease expiring. I never worked with him before but my previous salesman retired and he reached out to me. He was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout the entire p worked with him before but my previous salesman retired and he reached out to me. He was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. At the time, there was a car shortage and the availability of cars was slim. Carl managed to claim a new Grand Cherokee L for me before it was even built and got me a monthly payment that no other dealership could beat. Since I now live out of state, I inquired with PA Jeep dealerships in my area to see if they could match Carl’s offer and they were unable to do so. Carl even offered to have someone from Klaben drive the Jeep from Ohio to Pennsylvania for me. However, I made the 2.5 hour trip to get my new vehicle. Due to the fact that I was an out of state customer Carl sent me tons of photos and information about my new vehicle since I was buying it sight unseen. The car was spotless when I went to pick it up and had a full tank of gas. The paperwork was a breeze and very quick. We were in an out in an hour. I highly recommend Carl and all members of the Klaben team! More
