I had a bad experience trying to order a Gladiator at another dealership, and grew tired of waiting along with disappointment after disappointment. I called John in the morning, and made a deal that day. He had the car detailed and all ready for me to pick up in the afternoon. Signing papers went smooth and the deal couldn't have been better. They were extremely competitive on price (the best in the area) and they went above and beyond my expectations. Couldn't recommend them enough. Skip the other dealerships and go straight to Klaben. I was greeted outside with a smile and friendly hello from Noah Hewitt where the vehicle was parked right by the door waiting for me. The Compass looked brand new, inside and out and the price was the best I'd seen as I had been shopping around for about a month. John was honest and professional with none of that back and forth nonsense that most dealerships put you through and there was absolutely no pressure. He worked a deal in my price range and I was even able to extend my warranty to 100,000 miles bumper to bumper. Signing the paperwork with Brian Franklin was quick and pleasant.
