I've been happy with the service at Klaben for years, but a recent service appointment is a perfect indication of why I've preferred taking my vehicle I've been happy with the service at Klaben for years, but a recent service appointment is a perfect indication of why I've preferred taking my vehicle to them over any other dealership/service center. The short story — our family was getting ready to go on a long trip and my tie rod broke on my Jeep. After some struggles of getting the vehicle to the service department, they were able to get us going within a day of our trip. When I didn't think there was hope, they delivered.
