While we appreciate the positive marks in some areas, especially the 5 star scoring for Liz, the overall 3 star review is what gets our attention. Then reading your comments, we understand why. We had a process failure, causing us to miss resetting the oil life monitor, as well as setting tire pressures, and for that, I apologize. You are correct in being disappointed by us missing these steps. I would be disappointed as well. Your comments have been reviewed with our team, as they are tasked with identifying the root cause for the process failure, and for also taking corrective action, as necessary. I also appreciate you taking time to engage with me via email. I trust that our communication is an indication that we truly value you, and your business.
