The massage function on the driver's side had stopped working. He told me that this was going to be a major effort to fix. He suggested that I take a rental car and he would contact me when the car was ready. He called me at 5 PM and told me the problem was solved. He said you can pick up the car now. I told him I didn't want to drive to Kent at this late hour and he said that it would be alright to come back in the morning. I hope Klaben realizes that in Don Xu they have a an outstanding Service Advisor. In the future I hope he is the one who waits on me. More
