They tell you what needs to be done and what can wait. In the past I did not have my service performed by a dealer, usually used an independent garage or did it my self. Dealership pricing has become more reasonable for some repairs but for others I can still do it myself for a lower cost for parts and still use quality parts. I tell my friends that if they are driving a Ford they should try Klaben for service. More

He didn't try to make me buy a car that day, just politely followed up with me afterward. Ended up buying the car Brandon showed me because it had all the features I wanted and more. He actually listened to what I wanted, whereas other dealerships just rapid fire showed me cars and never asked what I was really looking for. Other dealerships never even offered me a test drive or to even start up the car, and didn't explain any of the features their car had. When I noticed condensation in the tail light after it rained when I got home, I was able to text Brandon and get a service appointment scheduled. More

A nice car-buying experience. I have to admit, this was probably the best car buying experience I've had and I've had a few. On my first visit, Don Batten helped me feel "at home" I have to admit, this was probably the best car buying experience I've had and I've had a few. On my first visit, Don Batten helped me feel "at home" and like I was talking with an old friend. I thought we hit it off immediately. He was very helpful, patient and did not push me in any way. After having visited a couple other dealerships the same day, this was a breath of fresh air. When I returned a couple weeks later with my wife, Don was called to do a car delivery, Chris Moldas took over and helped us find a car and they both helped us to finish the deal. A delightful experience for car buying for me. The car was a 3 year old Certified Fusion with low miles that looked like it just rolled off the assembly line. Pleased with the quality of the car as well. Won't hesitate to recommend Klaben and these two gentlemen. More

About 3 days later Buddy called and said he had found exactly what we were searching for. He gave us the scoop before it even was listed for sale so that we would not miss out again. He was spot on and got us into a practically new MKZ for a good price. We could not have asked for a more professional and easy car buying experience. Could not be happier. More
