I picked out the extra options I wanted with my new Escape and was prepared to pay more then my current ending lease. To my surprise it was about the same. Gene was very patient and very easy to talk with. He even went and got me a second vehicle with the sport package (which I ended up taking). I couldn't be happier with the car he helped me get. This is the third car I have leased with him and I will continue to do so as long as he is working there. Stephanie was very friendly and made the tedious part of car buying/leasing (paper work) a breeze. Either they streamlined it better since the last time I was there or she just really knows her stuff. Overall this experience reminded me why I always go back to Klaben, and will continue to recommend it to others. More
