Kyle was fantastic Our car is equipped with hand controls so that my husband can drive it, and when the engine light kept coming on, I panicked. I called Klaben from the Our car is equipped with hand controls so that my husband can drive it, and when the engine light kept coming on, I panicked. I called Klaben from the car and was put through to Kyle. He listened with empathy and had me drive the car in immediately. Since the car also was being recalled for a latch problem, he arranged for us to have a loaner car (same model so that the wheelchair would fit in the back) and had both problems addressed at the same time. I cannot say enough good things about this young man. He was sympathetic and efficient and got the job done that very day. I didn't pick up our car until the next morning, but I was so grateful to have it fixed (there was some sort of valve problem that was still under warranty) and didn't have to pay a cent. More
