Buying a new vehicle in the past has never been a pleasant experience. Then we met Matt. He answered every question we had and really knew what options came or were available in every model. When we came up with all the "things" we wanted he was able to locate the exact vehicle on the property. A short while later he brought the vehicle up for a test drive and proved that not only did he know his vehicles but that he was also a good listener. Earlier I had expressed an interest in heated seats and when we got in the car the seat was already warm! He has already followed up with telephone calls to make sure everything is satisfactory and offered to spend time with us answering any questions we mighty have. We feel like we have a friend at Klaben! More

To Long of Wait I have noticed that the time it takes from my car being done to actually calling my name is a pretty good amount of time. I can see if someone is doi I have noticed that the time it takes from my car being done to actually calling my name is a pretty good amount of time. I can see if someone is doing an inspection on the car however when I can see my car sitting outside there and no one is coming to say anything that is a problem. I have also noticed that the customers that see their car don't wait for their name to be called and go up to the counter. This can cause a problem for many of reasons I will give you a few, one safety is number one. you don't have a ton of room behind that counter to start with and if you have a small child with those cars coming in and out its just a matter of time before something happens, two I think it makes your employees rush through the customer that they are with just so they don't have a longer line. That takes away from the customer who is trying to check in. I suggest you have one person who just does check outs. gets the key calls the customer name and directs them to the cashier desk. This will expedite your check out time and the wait won't be so long. Also when getting an oil change with a new car you have to reset the car. Well the last two times I was there we had to reset it ourselves. The first time took us forever to figure out and I just think that your service department should be doing that for your customers. I am younger so I can figure things out but for the older ones I see it being a hassle. More
