Honest, helpful body shop service We have an older car that needs body work and it won't be covered by insurance. I needed advice from someone I trust so I asked Sales Manager Andy Be We have an older car that needs body work and it won't be covered by insurance. I needed advice from someone I trust so I asked Sales Manager Andy Bellian for a name. He recommended I talk to Steve in the body shop. I called him and explained our situation, that we didn't know if we should get the car repaired or salvage it. Steve invited us to bring the car in right away and within a day he called me with a very detailed list of options. We had taken it to other shops and the minimum estimate we had gotten was $4K; Steve broke down our options, beginning at $700. He patiently answered all of my questions and has gone above and beyond to put us on the right track. I'm very grateful to Andy for steering me to Steve and even more so to Steve for being generous with his knowledge. We are very pleased with the job his crew did. More

BETTER THAN EXPECTED EXPERIENCE It was time to buy a new truck. I had had Ford trucks in the past & knew that is what I wanted. I went to two local Ford dealerships & had two tota It was time to buy a new truck. I had had Ford trucks in the past & knew that is what I wanted. I went to two local Ford dealerships & had two totally different buying experiences. The first dealership I went to I had inquired about the truck online. A person from the dealership called me. We talked for a few minutes & I told the person I would call the following day & then come in. I called the next day, talked to the same person & said I would be in an hour. I went to the dealership, met with the person I had talked to & immediately was handed off to someone else. Not what I was expecting. The new salesperson showed me the inventory he had (limited compared to Klaben). Salesperson found what I wanted at another dealership, quoted me a price & that was about it. Let me walk out the door & said he would be in touch. He never showed much enthusiasm & didn't go over the features of the Ford truck. On to Klaben & Joe Bellian, sales associate. Joe was friendly, interested in helping me, and very knowledgeable about the Ford trucks. In advance of test driving a truck, Joe first reviewed all the features of the exterior. Next, he explained all the features of the interior. It was a good 20 minutes before I put the truck in drive...a very well-spent 20 minutes. Joe's thorough product knowledge & helpful attitude helped me have the utmost confidence in him as a sales person. Back in the showroom, Joe & I talked price, then negotiated back & forth. Andy Bellian (sales manager) got involved & we came up with an agreed price for the truck. The financing was taken care of right at the dealership---also a good experience. Initially (and based on my unsatisfying time at the previous dealership), I was not looking forward to the buying experience. My experience with Klaben Ford was amazingly better than expected. My thanks to Joe & Andy for making my truck-buying experience so positive & satisfying. Because of these two, I'm looking forward to a long and enjoyable relationship with Klaben Ford.
