This is the seventh consecutive new Ford we’ve purchased through Klaben Ford of Kent. With my previous sales person retiring, we were introduced to Mike Uzl and he was absolutely fantastic through the whol through Klaben Ford of Kent. With my previous sales person retiring, we were introduced to Mike Uzl and he was absolutely fantastic through the whole process. He kept us informed every step of the way and truly put us at ease. We had been online reading horror stories of other dealerships missing order deadlines or not knowing what codes to put in “smart Vincent” (fords system) but we had the opposite experience with Mike Uzl - he was great. 10/10 - will certainly recommend to anyone and will happily use again. I bought a Ford Ranger from Klaben brand new in 1987. I was happy with the experience then. This time around was even more pleasant and thorough, I there is such a long wait time to get this beautiful ve I was happy with the experience then. Bo checked in with me regularly by way of email text and phone calls. He kept me in the loop every step of the way. Quite a pleasant experience overall. Super excited to have this awesome vehicle.
