The events of this past year have made it far more complicated to lease or purchase a vehicle. My wife and I knew months ago our lease contract would be ending in late July. I received a call from B complicated to lease or purchase a vehicle. My wife and I knew months ago our lease contract would be ending in late July. I received a call from Bo Stewart of Klaben Ford Lincoln back in March letting me know that Doug Carter our salesperson of many years had retired and that he would be taking care of us for future lease and purchase arrangements. Bo suggested we set up an appointment with him well in advance of our lease end to go over our purchase/lease options as replacement vehicles on the lot were few and new vehicle orders required more lead time than usual. I met with Bo in mid-April and we went over my options and I also test drove two vehicles a new Bronco Sport and an Edge Titanium, both very nice SUVs. Bo quoted me a lease payment based on the 2022 Edge Titanium I had just driven. I told Bo we needed time to consider our options. Bo reminded me of the additional lead time necessary to order a new vehicle and also the limited inventory on their lot. Bo asked if he could give me a call every couple of weeks to keep me aware of the new vehicle order situation, the Klaben inventory and to determine if I had made a lease end option decision. Bo stayed in touch as promised over the months and we decided to buy the 2019 Edge ST we were currently leasing that had only 19K miles on the odometer. My wife and I set up an appointment with Bo to make the final arrangements. We purchased the Edge ST as- well-as an Extended Service Contract to add peace-of-mind to our future driving. Once again the Klaben F-L team delivered! Rich Klaben and his daughter Christine took a personal interest to ensure my wife and I were aware of all the options that Klaben FL could provide and additionally to ensure our complete satisfaction throughout the entire process. The turnover from our previous salesperson Doug Carter to Bo Stewart went flawlessly. Jenn Bowen handled the financials, paperwork and kept things light hearted and efficient. It doesn’t get any better! The team at Klaben F-L knows that selling or leasing a vehicle is a personal transaction; you cannot duplicate that great personal feeling with a computer, cell phone and a truck. Rick and Pam B More

We decided to buy our leased 2019 Ford Escape which was handled very well by our original salesperson, Tyler Kline.
