After reading through your review it is quite clear to me that you are not receiving the communication or attention from us that you deserve and should expect. You are correct, not having communication from us is “totally unaccusable and unacceptable.” Communication is one of the easiest things we can do but in this case we failed miserably. For that I want to sincerely apologize. When we receive reviews, especially negative ones, I put myself in the customers’ shoes and ask would I be happy with that level of service? I can tell you without hesitation that I would not be. I do appreciate you taking the additional time to speak with me via phone, and for providing additional insight into your experience. As we discussed, moving forward you will be receiving the communication you deserve and should expect from us.
