Truck dripped oil spots onto garage floor when Rod brought it home. Once oil is changed, that area should be wiped off to prevent oil spots dripping onto garage floor or drive way. Rod had mentioned it and thought it would be noted on the account and better attention taken to wipe off area after oil is changed. Disappointed that it happened again. More

I purchased a certified pre-owned car and took it to my personal mechanic to double check its condition. He found two things to have done and I called Tyler about it. He contacted Pat in the Service Depa personal mechanic to double check its condition. He found two things to have done and I called Tyler about it. He contacted Pat in the Service Department and I had an appointment a day later. They completed the two service tasks without charge and the car is just perfect now.
