The employees(Nick and Steve)were very helpful and friendly. we were very satisfied with the work done on our Ford Explorer that was in an accident. Favorite service story of her exemplifies the Klaben spirit. I had a service app. scheduled and although I showed up at the right time, I happened to be two days early. Truck was fixed, all was well, and I realized what I had done! Mona hadn't said a word, never got frustrated with me, just made it happen! At checkout time, I apologized, and she said "its ok, we do what we can, yer fine". The service like that on a busy day is remarkable. Klaben has a tremendous staff. More
