Getting a vehicle after total loss I have been to Klaben before as well as family and friends and have always had a wonderful experience, after a total loss and needing to find another I have been to Klaben before as well as family and friends and have always had a wonderful experience, after a total loss and needing to find another vehicle relatively quickly I called Nate Bryant to help me find a vehicle. Nate went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle that was certified and something that I wanted. The whole process was simple and relatively quick only thing was dealing with total loss paperwork from insurance and waiting on insurance. Once papers were received from insurance Nate worked fast to get me into the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. The process was quick, and simple. No high pressure sales tactics, no unwanted soliciting like at other dealerships. Going to Klaben is a wonderful experience, they have amazing staff who are polite and professional and go above and beyond everytime to make sure the customer is treated well and that the vehicle is in the best shape possible! Finance was quick and easy and very thorough with explaining everything, and they didn't push for warranties or extra options like other dealerships have pressured to. They explained the extra warranties, GAP coverage and all those options thoroughly, answered questions and in the end I was able to make the decision that worked best for me. This was my second purchase from Klaben and I can definitely say when I need another vehicle or if I know anyone that does I will be sending them to Klaben to see Nate Bryant for sales and the other members of the Klaben team!
