Effective, efficient, and friendly Took my car in for the 15,000 mile tune up and to fix the clutch issue that has plagued the Focus. After setting up the appointment a few days earlier Took my car in for the 15,000 mile tune up and to fix the clutch issue that has plagued the Focus. After setting up the appointment a few days earlier, I was in and out to the car rental in about 20 minutes. This included checking my car in, going over the estimate, safety check, setting up the rental, and waiting to be picked up by Enterprise. My car was ready in roughly a day and a half and the Loyalty link paid for the rental as well as some discounts on service. The car runs fantastic. The service was friendly and no BS. They have continued to make a regular customer out of my family and I because of these traits. Kim is the best, but the whole team is extremely attentive. More
