Will not honor tire warranty that was purchased with my new vehicle. 80,000 mile Michelin tires that needed replaced after less than 30,000 miles. Will not go back for any service or to buy a new vehicle. More

We would welcome the opportunity to discuss the situation further with the hopes of achieving an acceptable and agreeable resolution for you. While the road hazard insurance on your tires does not cover tread wear and the original equipment tires provided by the manufacturer do not come with a tread wear warranty, we believe we can come together on a mutually agreeable solution. Apparently the issue has been resolved by your response. I am wrong for assuming that tires should last more than 30,000 miles, thus no warranty. Thank you for your response to my issue. I still will not be back because you probably won't be able to meet my expectations about the tires. Sorry to have bothered with such a petty problem.

John Renier called me to work out a satisfactory resolution about the tires. Called Michelin to resolve the problem. Received 4 Yokohama 60,000 miles tires for approximately $35.00 by using Fordpass points and tire warranty. He went well above and beyond to resolve my issue. It is greatly appreciated by me. Klaben is lucky to have an employee who cares about his customers and takes the time to help as much as possible. Thank you John.
