I was there on May 14th to have the works done on my grandsons car. the service guy asked if i wanted it washed and i said yes when i received it back it was never washed. #2 i asked for the brakes to b grandsons car. the service guy asked if i wanted it washed and i said yes when i received it back it was never washed. #2 i asked for the brakes to be checked the previous owner had said she was told it was time for back brakes. The brakes were rated a 6 but i was sure i heard noise of steel on steel. I was told it would be 3 more oil changes before any brake work was needed. I had a new set of rotors in the trunk that the previous owner gave me. they are brand new. Right now i am not happy. Not sure if i will be back. More

Rob Siefert at Klaben Ford Lincoln of Warren is the best salesman, I highly recommend him. We were connected through mutual friends and I told Rob I was looking for an AWD Dodge Charger. Rob went out of his salesman, I highly recommend him. We were connected through mutual friends and I told Rob I was looking for an AWD Dodge Charger. Rob went out of his way to find me one at the Klaben Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership in Kent. Rob went and got the car from Kent and brought it to the Warren dealership for me. My dad and I then test drove the vehicle, we both fell in love with it. Rob immediately got the ball rolling and started getting some numbers for us. Then two days later we finalized the sale all from the Warren dealership. Without Rob going above and beyond to be the best salesman he possibly could be, I would’ve never been able to get my dream car. Thanks again Rob, keep up the good work! You got my recommendation!
