Kim our service rep is outstanding. She is always friendly, helpful and goes to great lengths to accommodate her customers. It didn't apply to us on this visit but Kim is even willing to stay late if needed so that you can pick up your vehicle after service. Kim is always willing to spend whatever time is necessary to satisfy your service needs. Even though she has a heavy customer load, we never feel rushed when we deal with her. We purchased both of our Escapes at Klaben and have all our service done there including tires and batteries. Everyone that we have dealt with has been friendly and qualified.
