Brought my f250 in for a oil change and tire rotation. Mike Branvold greeted with a smile and a good morning. We looked at the calendar and found a date what a guy making sure the right people do the work. While standing there Chris Moldas showed up and said come to sales and let me buy you a cup of coffee while you wait. We talked new and used trucks. After not to long at all mike called said we are done. Also wanted to get a test sample of oil and mike was on top of it. Klaben is the best dealership period. More

It was time for a oil change. When I called Klaben Ford service department with car trouble Mike was very nice and helpful. He said the earliest opening was almost 3 weeks out but if I could drop the car off and leave it for 3 to 4 d trouble Mike was very nice and helpful. He said the earliest opening was almost 3 weeks out but if I could drop the car off and leave it for 3 to 4 days he would try to work it in. He did work it in and found the problem. The part had to be ordered and as soon as the part came in they put it on. Everyone that I spoke with in the service department were very friendly and extremely helpful. This car was bought at a different dealership and I am the second owner. I would recommend Klaben to anyone for their auto/truck needs.
