As usual, Mona Crooks was super helpful as she expedited the work on my truck. Daily calls of progress etc, kept me updated and informed. Zero stress with the Klaben team!! Total overall experience was great. Tyler was informative and conscientious. He provided a rental car when mine wasn’t ready when promised. All repairs were done as expected. The only hiccup was that I reque and conscientious. He provided a rental car when mine wasn’t ready when promised. All repairs were done as expected. The only hiccup was that I requested the back license plate lightbulb to be replaced. It was, but the other one was also out. I would assume that someone would check the one light after they replaced it to notice the other one wasn’t working. No worries. Just my OCD. lol Thank you for a job well done. 🙂 More
