Everything went smoothly this time, however, they said they washed my Explorer. I guess they forgot to wash the back of it. The window and trunk area were just as snow and mud covered as when I dropped they washed my Explorer. I guess they forgot to wash the back of it. It was great to get back to Klaben. We just moved back to Ohio. My F 150 is a lease. They found a bad oil plug and oil plan which had to be replaced. The employees(Nick and Steve)were very helpful and friendly. we were very satisfied with the work done on our Ford Explorer that was in an accident. Truck was fixed, all was well, and I realized what I had done! Mona hadn't said a word, never got frustrated with me, just made it happen! At checkout time, I apologized, and she said "its ok, we do what we can, yer fine". The service like that on a busy day is remarkable. Klaben has a tremendous staff. More
