Awesome as typical of Klaben Ford! it was a last minute request on a cold snowy day. no real time or room for my car BUT...Klaben Ford (Kim Wolfram) made it work and thank goodness for it was a last minute request on a cold snowy day. no real time or room for my car BUT...Klaben Ford (Kim Wolfram) made it work and thank goodness for Kim, and Sean Bradford as well! The car ultimately needed the Serpentine belt and right front and lower controls arms. Best part, they found me a car to drive home (which is 50 miles away)! That's right...I moved 50 miles away and STILL remain loyal to Klaben Ford at Kent, as they are always willing to "go the extra mile" for me! Kim, Sean, Loretta...THANK YOU ALL! to the mechanics that work on my car....THANK YOU! Keep me and my Fusion running a few more thousands of miles and I'll be back in with my next ford! Battery replacement I took my car into Klaben to have the battery looked at after I had to use a battery pack to start it. It was just outside the 3 year warranty so I di I took my car into Klaben to have the battery looked at after I had to use a battery pack to start it. It was just outside the 3 year warranty so I did have to pay $50 for a new one since it was still pro rated. The service advisor (Kim Wolfram) advised me the positive battery cable needed replaced as well because acid had eaten through it. I took it to another dealership I had an extended warranty through thinking that may be covered (unfortunately it wasn’t). That dealer told me the cable did not need replaced. When I called Kim to tell her the conflicting diagnoses, her manager (Sean Bradford) called me back. I took my car back to Klaben and Sean had the mechanic come out to the check in area. He showed me the back of the cable where there was barely any metal left. Klaben replaced the cable at a great price. They bent over backwards to make sure my car was right. I would highly recommend their service dept. Their employees are very polite and top notch. More
