The mechanic took me on a test drive and was very concerned about the vehicle alignment as well as the braking issue. They found that a bolt on the strut and sway bar had broken off and needed to be replaced. Due to this issue there was also excess wear and tear on the tires so they replaced all 4 tires and performed an alignment as well! And they completed all this work within 48 hours the week prior to Thanksgiving which allowed us to safely drive the vehicle to New York to visit family for the holiday. Thank you to the Service center staff! More
Overnight recall I had a few recalls to be fixed on F150 while getting an oil change. Dropped off at 10am as recommend to get truck back by end of day. Unfortunately it wasn't taken in to the shop till after I went to pick up at 3 so was forced into a rental and kept an extra day over the holiday and again forced to return again to pick up. Would've thought my first oil change was free or at least free for the extra time and travels spent back and forth to pick up truck and rental hassle. More

On one recent visit, I took my 2016 Ford Explorer for service: (1) replace some missing door drain caps lost by the folks that oil sprayed my car, (2) oil change and maintenance, and (3) examine a small scratch on the front-right fender. Kim Wolfram, yet again, sets the standard of service excellence. 1 and 2 were handled no problem, but for 3, she, herself, procured the matching touch-up paint and patched it on her own. People, I have no words, none. I hope Mr. Klaben realizes what a true asset she is to his organization. I will take my vehicle nowhere else but to her. On a subsequent visit with my daughter's 2015 Ford Escape, yet again, Kim ensured the vehicle was mechanically safe for her return to college, but also thoroughly explained to her what happened, etc. I also wanted some Ford all weather mats for the cabin and trunk, which Kim made no big deal of and ensured we left with them in the vehicle. This is the way it is supposed to be, no muss, no fuss, just results. Klaben has this family as customers for life! More

Above and Beyond I have been working with Roscoe for over a year now. I have been contacting him the last few weeks telling him that I have been having issues with my I have been working with Roscoe for over a year now. I have been contacting him the last few weeks telling him that I have been having issues with my satellite radio, it will intermittently cut out and say "acquiring signal" and not work for a while. I had taken my car to another Ford dealership close to work to get oil change/tire rotation and told them about the problem I was experiencing. After 6 hrs of them having my car they told me I can pick it up and there wasn't anything wrong with the radio. I started the car up and while still at the dealership I experienced the acquiring signal message. The other dealership was trying to make arrangements to get me a rental when I said would rather have the folks at Klablen take care of this. A few days later Roscoe came to my office, dropped off my loaner and said it may be a few days, but they will keep me posted. That evening Roscoe called and said he was going to bring me my car back, drove across town on his personal time to swap cars with me. I asked what had happened and he informed me that as soon as his team in the service department looked up in the system what issues I was experiencing they soon realized this was a known issue and Ford is working to resolve the problem. Words can't describe how I felt about the other Ford dealership that didn't put forth the effort to research my problem, yet blew me off as if I was making this diagnosis up. Roscoe and the folks at Klaben have always gone the extra mile to make sure every customer is satisfied. Kudos to Richard Klaben for hiring an outstanding team! More
