Great First Experience! I brought my Kia in for routine oil change and tire rotation. Mario was my service advisor and was very thorough during the entire process. He did advise me there was going to be a bit of a delay, but made sure I was updated often on the status of my vehicle. I had both kids with me so Mario made sure to get me in and out quickly and I greatly appreciated that. I will definitely be using Klaben for all of my service needs. More

MKX not meeting expectations The MKX we purchased has issues with ride and handling. The service department has worked very hard to rectify. We really appreciate their efforts. Bu The MKX we purchased has issues with ride and handling. The service department has worked very hard to rectify. We really appreciate their efforts. But the Lincoln is not meeting our expectations. Perhaps we should have test driven more as we’re not aware of issues with the 21 inch wheels. I certainly would not have purchased if I had known this. A dealership closer to my home is going to look at it next week. Hopefully something can be done to make it drive and ride like a Lincoln. More

I did not hear the phone ring or the doorbell when my car was dropped off on July 20, and Becky stayed in my driveway and continued to try to reach me for over an hour. When I finally realized she was at my house, she was very pleasant and customer friendly in spite of the wait! All staff that I have encountered at Klaben are professional and very customer-focused!
