Attempting to Correct Needed Improvements Originally my Lincoln MKZ was repaired to stop my security alarm from going off due to the malfunction of the trunk sensor. Unfortunately, when my Z was returned, the hands-free calling feature no longer worked and neither did my trunk chime. In an attempt to make my dissatisfaction more palatable, Klaben provided a service to pickup my car for service and they dropped off a loaner car for my use. This was fantastic. I was well satisfied until I drove the loaner back to pickup my car and found out my trunk chime still did not work. then, I was insulted by the repair manager, who asked me if I was sure that it ever worked? After having my car for four years, that question was ludicrous. He replied that he would have to find a similar car and prove it. I spend the next two hours sitting in waiting room. My issue was escalated to the service manager, who said he did not know why the chime no longer worked but he would do more research and update me. It was also at that point that I found out that the pickup /delivery service was supposed to also include the delivery of my vehicle back home. I chastised my service rep for not telling me. Sean, the service manager, did provide assurance that Klaben does strive to improve their processes based on customer survey comments and he provided written communication from Lincoln that explained why the trunk chime feature was discontinued. More
Service was excellent I always take my Lincoln back to Kim. She keeps looking until she finds the problem. I had an issue with my headlights which Kim solved. Wonderful experience and highly recommend working with Nick My daughter had an accident in Kent and the car was not in good shape. I received a call from Nick having been referred to by my Insurance agency. I have never been in an accident before so I had a lot of questions. Nick answered each of them with patience and detail, never feeling for a second that he was getting irritated that I was taking so long. Although my daughter's car was considered a total and I didn't get a chance to have Klaben fix the car, I absolutely feel that with Nick leading this he would have made sure my total experience was a great one (considering the circumstances which was a stressful situation). Nick handled himself extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and took a personal interest in making sure my daughter and I had our questions answered. Overall, if I could give Nick more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend working with Nick if given the opportunity. More
Battery concerns I was having intermittent trouble with my 2012 Fusion not starting ( usually 2-3 weeks apart) unless I jumped it. I called Mona and she said stop in and they would check it out. Turns out my battery was not being recharged and it was the original battery. I was in and out within 1/2 hour. Great customer service and Mike did a quick battery install. Love these guys. More

Door Panel Issue taken care of! I was having a problem with the door panels in my 2015 Explorer, had one replaced earlier this year and paid for it. This time when the other door pan I was having a problem with the door panels in my 2015 Explorer, had one replaced earlier this year and paid for it. This time when the other door panel went bad, Ford replaced it at no cost and refunded my money from the first replacement. Thanks! Had a works done also and the experience was very easy and pleasant. More

Regular maintenance & display issues Brought my Fusion in for routine maintenance and to have the touchscreen display evaluated because it doesn't always like to start up when it's cold. Kim was great with keeping me updated on progress, and although the update they thought might correct the display issues didn't work, Kim was fantastic when I called back to try & fit something into my busy schedule and planning for transportation along with it. Very pleased!!! More
