Amazing customer service I came in for an oil change, but I have a leak somewhere. So the couldn't perform the service, yet. I'll be back next week, which is fine because the environment is welcoming. In fact, the customer lounge is so comfortable with its wifi, coffee, and snacks! The person I worked with kept me informed about everything, and they even washed my car for me even though I didn't get the oil changed!!! Everyone was so nice and said hello. I just can't believe the level of customer service. I don't think I have ever experienced such nice people. I really felt valued. Thank you! The kindness I experienced really speaks to the quality of Klaben and it's employees. More
