They did very good selling the vehicle. What I don’t like is when people make open-end promises that they do not keep. Incredible customer service! We got a flat tire on the last leg of a round trip from Connecticut to Miami and back. A Chevy district service manager (Jon Faw) happened to p We got a flat tire on the last leg of a round trip from Connecticut to Miami and back. A Chevy district service manager (Jon Faw) happened to pull into the same gas station we had just pulled into with the flat, trying to figure out what to do next, and when he saw us, he went out of his way to check the tire, call the dealership to see if they had replacements, and get us lined up with service. If he hadn’t gone out of his way to help, we’d never have known he worked for Chevy, and he could have gone about his day. When we got to the dealership they got us in line promptly, kept us updated throughout, and prioritized our repair so we could get back on the road home. At the dealer, Mohammad Qureshey was particularly helpful and welcoming, and even gave us his cell phone number to call if we had any further questions after his shift ended. What started off as a rough day was made so much better by the great service and kindness we experienced. More
