They were consistently responsive, professional, and patient — even when I pushed hard on pricing. We ultimately came to an agreement, and they handled everything with courtesy and a great attitude. Kelvin deserves an extra mention. He is the complete opposite of the stereotypical salesman — personable, easy to talk to, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. If we lived closer, he’s someone we’d happily meet for dinner. They were also thoughtful about the distance we had to travel, especially after we initially believed delivery might be an option. Their communication and consideration throughout the process made everything much easier. Just to be clear, this isn’t a sponsored review — and there are two small things worth noting for accuracy. The follow‑up emails list a $500 processing fee, but the actual fee is $800, so that misprint should be corrected. And as of September 2025, delivery is not an option, even though it initially appeared to be. Overall, a warm, professional team and a very positive buying experience. When we finally got in touch with him, told us to bring the vehicle back to him on 9/28/26 at 730 am. When we arrived, we found that he had called out of work, had not scheduled an appointment for us, and had not entered any notes in the system regarding our issue. We were were forced to drive a vehicle pulling sharply to one side when braking at highway speeds in a nor’easter storm, taking our lives in our hands due to this negligent behavior. As it stands, the vehicle is at the dealership with no expected completion time because there was no tech scheduled to work on it. Completely unacceptable. More

Wow they delayed my first rating well guess what here it gose again. This deals hip service center isn't to be trusted. I got new tires here. They didn't 0.00 it out untill I said someth8ng and I stead of removing it which it should have been they 0.00 it. What the heck. Now this is awsome was lied to by a service guy. Said he was working there 15 years. I was charged for diagnostic for the repair they repaired told me they always have charged the diagnostic with the repair. On top of that said everyone dose it. No 9ne says get the repair here and they waive the diagnostic charge. I called 5 diferent chevy dealers around me not 1 said they would charge the diagnostic if I got the repair there. I can't believe the amount of hog wash. I hope my measly 2k is worth the customer you just lost I will never go to koons again. More
