When my husband arrived for a scheduled 10 a. m. appointment, he was told there was a THREE HOUR wait before the car would be worked on. This did not include the time to work on the car. In my opinion, this is an unreasonable amount of time to expect a customer to take off work, etc in order to get their car worked on. Or if this is typical, the wait time should have been conveyed PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT so we could plan accordingly. The car did not get repaired because my husband had to leave to due another commitment. More
