This experience was absolutely atrocious! I had an appointment. I brought my vehicle in and waited over two hours to see that my vehicle had never even been touched and it was because it was I had an appointment. I brought my vehicle in and waited over two hours to see that my vehicle had never even been touched and it was because it was lunchtime. I asked the service associate how long it would take and they said because I had an appointment under an hour. I decided to take my vehicle and went to a local tune and lube just to get an oil change. I’m extremely disappointed in the service and extremely disappointed on how I was treated. Additionally, the service members proceeded to have their lunch at the front desk, eat pizza and barely acknowledge my presence when I walked to the desk to inquire about my vehicle. The environment was extremely unprofessional. I will never bring my vehicle back here nor will, I recommend this place to any colleagues or military service members. I will drive 100 miles before I decide to take it to this location. Unbelievable service.! More
