All employees from the time I pulled into the service area were very courteous. Mohammad was very professional and a good early morning attitude. Worst experience My 2024 Chevy Silverado EV RST was there for a whole month April 22,2026 to May 22,2026 and on May 28,2026 it had to go back in and is still currently there. No ETA on parts and no Loaner. S for a whole month April 22,2026 to May 22,2026 and on May 28,2026 it had to go back in and is still currently there. No ETA on parts and no Loaner. Service Rep if I don’t call and asked what’s happening no response from service manager or from anyone from the Dealership. Management is absent in this endeavor also. After this issue with my truck is rectified if it gets rectified needless to say I would never do business there again. Totally unacceptable behavior from a dealership who over the yrs I have bought 3-4 vehicles from. Not sure but management must have changed because the once professional dealership I knew and work with it’s definitely not the same. More
